Material FAQ

Yes — contact us with your idea and we'll confirm whether we can build it from our in-stock sheet goods before quoting. We do not cut leather, acrylic, or metal at this time.
Hardwood-covered MDF has a real wood grain face bonded to an MDF core — cherry, oak, and walnut in 3mm; cherry, walnut, and African mahogany in 5mm. Plain unfinished MDF has no veneer and is available in 3mm and 5mm. Natural slate is engraved only (no through-cuts) — available in round and square coaster blanks.
Pick walnut for a dark, rich look; cherry or African mahogany for lighter, warm classic tones. Use plain MDF or birch plywood when your design needs paint, visible ply edges, or structural layers.
